Isn’t this picture AMAZING? Last weekend, my two friends, Ashley and Christina, and their adorable little kids drove all the way up to Santa Rosa. Ashley and Christina are both wonderful photographers and were giving me little pointers. Ashley took this amazing photo above. This makes our backyard look like a fairytale land!

Here we are and here are their adorable little boys.
The boys were in heaven running around in the back yard and playing basketball to their hearts content. It was fun watching them play.

I love escaping up to my parent’s house to enjoy fresh air and this beautiful earth. And of course, the company of Mom and Dad! I love living so close where I can see them more than a week at a time at the end of a semester.

I just want to clarify one thing… I did not take all those pictures except that one. YOU took the awesome pic of the boys. and I LOVE it. And your Mom took the one of us. and it turned out great! Rachel, that was the best day. I enjoyed being at your parents beautiful home so much. Thank you again for inviting us. I hope we get to do it again some time!!
That wide-angle picture turned out so great! I’m so glad we had a sunny day. Next time they should go down to where those culverts are in the pasture – great props. Maybe the grass will be tall like when you & McC’s took pics that time.
