weekend

Last weekend, Nathan and I headed up to SR to stay the night with Mom and Dad. Aunt Pat, Aunt Val, and Aunt Tami all came down to spend some time with Grandma. Saturday morning, they all came over and Dad made a breakfast FEAST! It was so delicious! It was fun to sit around the table and “bitha” with one another. It is always so much fun to see family that you only get to see every so often.

Later that afternoon, Mom, Dad, Nathan and I headed down into the city for a birthday celebration with Ryan and Tina! Tina’s birthday is coming up in April, but decided this was the best weekend to celebrate. We had dinner at Skool, which is all fish, unfortunately . . . So I had soup and salad. Happy Birthday to Tina!

Nathan and I headed over to Ghirardelli Square after dinner for some dessert. They have the most delicious ice cream sundaes!

Whoa! Pretty new blog format. I like these comment boxes in which I have the pleasure of typing. Sounds like a lot of family funnnn!!! You’ll be having even more family fun just around the corner! I enjoy the pics of you & Nathan eating ice cream. SO nice. 😉 Ghirardelli does have amazing sundaes. Glad that Skool turned out okay! Seems like a very odd name. I would’ve just gotten dessert. The Anjou Pear Tart seemed tasty (yes, I did check out the menu). Why did all those aunts come to visit– is Grandma doing OK? Cute pic of you & her embracing.

Nice layout, Fernstens! It was fun to visit with you! Rachel could have had the New York Steak, but that fish was yuuuuuuummmmy! Just right. Not sure why Dad’s sisters visited their mom, probably spring break.
