Waaaaaayyyyy back in January, my wonderful brother agreed to take pictures for our little family. It was so fun and I LOVE all the pictures he captured for us. These pictures are treasures because it was right before Ellie made her debut and our last few moments with JUST Madeline. This was very favorite stage with Madeline. She was still my little baby, but old enough to do some things on her own and communicate. Everything she did was adorable and funny. I miss that stage so much!
This next progression makes me laugh. Madeline did not like it when Nathan and I would kiss, hug, do anything with just the two of us. So she was distracted for a moment while we got a few pictures in with just us two, and then she noticed we were close together! Without her! Then Jessica and Mom, the most wonderful little helpers, did all they could to make her laugh. Which included Jessica smacking Mom’s bum, and that seemed to do the trick to get Madeline to smile and laugh!
